1. FKWJ-2 Diesel underground loader (LHD) adopts Germany Deutz
BF4M1013 Engine, with turbocharger and bigger power for higher sea
2. Driving system adopts American DANA Torque converter and shift
transmission, which is of easy operation and smooth running.
3. The braking system adopts hydraulic double pipe working system,
and equipped with multi-disk wet braker, self-developed anti-skid
differential mechanism of NO-SPIN.
4. The main components of the hydraulic system adopts well-known
manufacturers ' products both at home and abroad, manual operating
diverter valve control the steering. Using pilot valve equipped
with ergonomics handle to control the bucket arm lifting and bucket

Diesel LHD underground loaders
LHD is designed for working in underground environment, which is
one machine with short body, central articulation and front
loading, combining loading, transportation and unloading together.
It can be used for transport ore and slag, pour ore to lower chute,
also can transfer mining to higher truck or transporter and
transport equipment, auxiliary materials, road paving with buckets.
It can also be widely used in railway and highway tunnel building
The frame is the core parts of underground trackless mining
equipment, and is related to the machine quality directly. To
ensure the frame quality, our company adopts the Q460C Alloy Plate
which has a very good Mechanical Property. After cut according to
program, it is welded according to standard welding technique. Then
it is put into tempering furnace for the tempering treatment at the
temperature of 600 degrees for 24 hours. After removal of surface
oxidation by shot blasting, the frames will be painted primarily
for anti-rust. With the whole process flow, the frames of our
equipment never have the problems such as deformation or crack,
which can ensure the long work life of our equipment.
